Love the Yoga Mat
I love the yoga mat especially when we get to do difficult asanas on the yoga mat. No one on the yoga mat has swagga like us. I just love that hip hop yoga. Makes me want to break dance on my cool yoga mat.
There are cerain asanas though that I have problems with especially in an intense vinyasa flow class. I tend to slip on my yoga mat. Sometimes I think I need to buy an organic yoga mat or natural yoga mat. But as a good practitioner of yoga, I find the need to use and buy an environmentally friendly yoga mat.
I often wonder which is the best yoga mat for the active and busy yoga practioner. It makes me wonder what is the best eco friendly yoga mat out there.
I do have a bit of artistic flair so maybe I should start designing my own custom yoga mat. I am sure it would catch the attention of many yoga practitioners.
Do men and women have different preferences in their likings for a yoga mat ? Almost every yoga mat that I have seen is designed for the tastes of women. None of them for men. I think that for men, they should purchase a custome yoga mat instead.
